So, be honourable and knowing each other’s strengths and shortcomings without creating any harmful behaviours is the core of this stage. 

Next, positive emotions are the second most important skill in this concept. So, it describes the ability to see positively. It means the student should be able to see the silver lines in every dark cloud in front of them. 

The third most significant factor in this concept is building up positive relationships. So, it believes the student may strengthen in accepting changes and identifying the importance of respecting each other in education. Thus, this will minimize unnecessary issues while studying. 

The fourth skill that should sharpen up in positive education is helping hands to complete a given task. It means the students should work for healthy purposes. Often, those purposes may direct them to achieve an objective as a group, to share love and kindness among peers or to help the community after accomplishing the educational goals.

Finally, they should guide to achieve the planned objective or enjoy the accomplishment.
